Abstract

This article examines the key aspects that contribute to Qatar's influence and soft power and investigates how Qatar strategically utilizes culture, economics, sports diplomacy, and media influence to shape perceptions of Qatar. A focal point of Qatar's soft power tool is Al Jazeera, which serves not only as a media giant but also as a dynamic force to amplify Qatar's influence. The article focuses on the resonance of Qatar's cultural initiatives, tourism sector, and sports and how these elements together contribute to soft power. Against the backdrop of regional challenges, Qatar's strategic posture emerges as a resilient force that positions the country as a key player in shaping regional dynamics. 本文探讨了卡塔尔影响力和软实力的关键方面,并分析了卡塔尔如何战略性地利用文化、经济、体育外交和媒体影响力来影响人们对卡塔尔的感知。卡塔尔软实力工具的一个焦点是半岛电视台,它不仅是媒体巨头,也是扩大卡塔尔影响力的动力。本文重点讨论卡塔尔的文化举措、旅游部门和体育引起的共鸣,以及这些要素如何共同对软实力作贡献。在区域挑战的背景下,卡塔尔的战略态势成为一股有弹性的力量,使该国成为影响区域动态的关键参与者。 Este artículo examina los aspectos clave que contribuyen a la influencia y el poder blando de Qatar y examina cómo Qatar utiliza estratégicamente la cultura, la economía, la diplomacia deportiva y la influencia de los medios para moldear las percepciones de Qatar. Un punto focal de la herramienta de poder blando de Qatar es Al Jazeera, que sirve no sólo como gigante mediático sino también como fuerza dinámica para amplificar la influencia de Qatar. El artículo se centra en la resonancia de las iniciativas culturales, el sector turístico y los deportes de Qatar y cómo estos elementos juntos contribuyen al poder blando. En el contexto de los desafíos regionales, la postura estratégica de Qatar emerge como una fuerza resiliente que posiciona al país como un actor clave en la configuración de la dinámica regional.
