Konjunkturbeurteilungen beginnen sich zu stabilisieren. Ergebnisse der Quartalsbefragung des WIFO-Konjunkturtests vom April 2024

Abstract

Im April überwogen trotz Verbesserungen weiterhin die skeptischen Konjunktureinschätzungen. Besonders gedämpft war die Stimmung nach wie vor in der Sachgütererzeugung. Dementsprechend stieg die Kapazitätsauslastung in allen Sektoren außer der Sachgütererzeugung leicht an. Die Unsicherheit verringerte sich im Quartalsvergleich in allen Branchen. Wie im Vorquartal war der "Mangel an Nachfrage" das meistgenannte Hemmnis der Geschäftstätigkeit, vor dem "Mangel an Arbeitskräften". Die Verkaufspreiserwartungen gaben in den letzten Monaten nach und sind nur mehr im Einzelhandel deutlich überdurchschnittlich.
