Abstract

Der Sonderbericht der UNO über die Klimaerwärmung zeigt die Risiken auf, die bei einer Erderwärmung um 1,5°C gegenüber der Zeit vor der Industrialisierung drohen. Um die Erwärmung auf diese Marke zu begrenzen, müssen die Netto-CO2-Emissionen weltweit bis 2050 auf Null gesenkt werden. Die 27 verbleibenden EU-Mitgliedsländer stimmen dem Entwurf des Austrittsvertrages des Vereinigten Königreichs aus der EU zu. Eine Zustimmung des britischen Parlaments zum "Brexit-Vertrag" ist unsicher. – Der Österreichische Verfassungsgerichtshof trifft eine generelle Klarstellung über ein Verbot des Pflegeregresses. Die oberösterreichische Regelung einer unterschiedlichen Höhe der Mindestsicherung für österreichische Staatsangehörige und subsidiär Schutzberechtigte und Asylberechtigte ist laut dem Europäischen Gerichtshof EU-rechtswidrig.
