Abstract

In Großbritannien trifft die Entscheidung der Wahlberechtigten für den Austritt aus der Europäischen Union die Regierung und die politischen Institutionen unvorbereitet. Der vom Internationalen Währungsfonds geforderte Schuldenerlass für Griechenland wird von den Euro-Geberländern abgelehnt. Die Enthüllung der Panama Papers macht legale und illegale Praktiken von Offshore-Dienstleistungsanbietern transparent. – Nach dem Rücktritt von Werner Fayman folgt Christian Kern als österreichischer Bundeskanzler. Die Bedingungen für die HETA-Gläubiger sollen durch ein Memorandum of Understanding mit der Republik Österreich verbessert werden. Bei Annahme könnten die Gläubiger 90% des Nominales erhalten.
