Wachstumsdynamik im Spannungsfeld zwischen lockerer Geldpolitik und restriktiver Fiskalpolitik. Mittelfristige Prognose der Weltwirtschaft bis 2017

Abstract

Nach einer Konjunkturabschwächung 2012/13 dürfte sich das Wirtschaftswachstum in den Industrieländern wieder beschleunigen und zwischen 2012 und 2017 durchschnittlich 2,0% pro Jahr erreichen. In den USA wird das BIP kräftiger expandieren (+2,4%) als in der EU 27 (+1,4%) bzw. in Japan (+1,5% pro Jahr). Wegen der nur langsamen Überwindung der Schuldenkrise in vielen Euro-Ländern wird das Wirtschaftswachstum des Euro-Raumes nur 1,1% pro Jahr betragen. In den neuen EU-Ländern wird die Produktion fast dreimal so stark zunehmen (+3,2% pro Jahr). China und Indien werden weiterhin das höchste Wirtschaftswachstum aufweisen (+7,9% bzw. +7,7% pro Jahr). In den anderen Entwicklungs- und Schwellenländern dürfte das BIP bis 2015 um etwa 4½% pro Jahr zunehmen.
