Abstract

Mit der Liberalisierung der Telekommunikation wird deutlich, daß die Frequenzverteilung zwischen konkurrierenden Unternehmen weitreichende Wirkungen auf den Wettbewerb auf dem jeweiligen Markt hat. Zugleich sind Frequenzen eine wesentliche Ressource für stark wachsende Bereiche des Produktions- und Dienstleistungssektors.
