Arbeitsvermittlung im internationalen Vergleich

Abstract

Der massive Strukturwandel auf dem Arbeitsmarkt stellt erhöhte Anforderungen an die Arbeitsmarktverwaltung. Die zunehmende Differenzierung der Aufgaben, der allgemeine Anstieg der Arbeitslosigkeit und der Bedarf an rascher Reaktion auf regional auftretende Arbeitsmarktprobleme, an Koordination mit Interessenvertretungen, Betrieben und Bildungsinstitutionen zur Abstimmung der angebotenen mit nachgefragten Qualifikationen erfordern eine Umstrukturierung der Arbeitsmarktverwaltung. Voraussetzung für eine hohe Flexibilität der Arbeitsmarktpolitik ist eine dezentralisierte Exekution und Datenerfassung. Differenzierte Information über die Entwicklung von Arbeitsmarktstrukturen, den Einfluß von Technologien und Branchenstrukturwandel auf den Qualifikationsbedarf der Arbeitskräfte macht eine vorausschauende Arbeitsmarktpolitik erst möglich.
