Systematics And Specifics In The Governing Of The Obligations Of Health Insured Persons Under The Compulsory Health Insurance

Abstract

The study analyses some speci cs in the regulation of the obligations of the insured persons under the compulsory health insurance within the general and special normative and sub-normative acts, giving them a typical author‘s systematics and classi cation. At the level of the analysis of their speci city, way of establishment and way of implementation, some characteristic conclusions and generalizations as well as de lege ferenda proposals are drawn.
