Abstract

Application integration is a key component of businesses' digital transformation. It not only optimizes internal operations but also enhances customer interaction and supports decision-making at various levels of management. Despite technical and organizational challenges, successful integration offers significant benefits, enabling enterprises to stay competitive in a dynamic market. To fully realize the potential of digital transformation, businesses must invest in both technologies and strategies for effective application integration.
