Abstract

The study examines the nexus between motivation strategies and commitment of interest group members. Specifically, the objective of the study is to investigate different strategies that can be adopted to get inter-est group members committed. A well-structured questionnaire was used as a research instrument. Forty (40) questionnaires were administered to the group members of which thirty-three (33) were found useful for the study. Regression analysis techniques were used to test the three (3) formulated hypotheses.
