Abstract

The low innovation rates and the fact that Bulgaria is falling behind in digital transformation suggest that we should seek new tools to change this negative trend. In order to keep up with the new requirements we need to develop the necessary skills that will enable us to navigate the relationship between human potential and the opportunities that technology gives us as well as the rapid shifts that occur. This report outlines a practical approach to unlock the entrepreneurial potential of students. Entrepreneurial thinking and behavior are a combination of proactivity, personal dynamic capabilities, and empathic understanding of problems and customer needs.
