Challenges In The Realization Of Innovative Ideas In A Crisis

Abstract

The challenges of the crisis environment have set a number of requirements for modern companies, overcoming which has a complex character and specific dynamics. This article outlines some trends from today's business reality related to organizational adaptation through the realization of innovative ideas as part of business activity in times of crisis. The aim of the author is to reveal the relationship between timely generation, organizational adoption and implementation of innovative approaches in overcoming adverse environmental conditions. The main thesis is that the speed of implementation of applicable ideas, combined with a timely management response to decision-making, can significantly contribute to enhancing adaptation capabilities and improving the organisation of work at a key time. The ability of the organization to improve its core activity through flexibility and innovation increases the competitiveness of the business structure in a changed environment.
