Accounting Business Analysis Snd Personel Management In The Enterprise

Abstract

The report proposes models for improving the business accounting analysis of the human resources of the enterprise. Methodological problems and models for analysis of the security, use and efficiency of the use of human resources are studied. The model "Accounting analysis of human resources in a balancedsystem of indicators" is presented. Problems of the information provision of the accounting analysis in a balanced system of indicators, by means of accounting and integrated reporting in conditions of digital transformation are studied.
