Abstract

According to the current legal norms of the agrarian legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, lands from the state land fund (SLF) and lands from the municipal land fund (MLF) can be provided under certain conditions to propertyless and low-property citizens. Mainly, this procedure is regulated in a special regulation - Ordinance on land for landless and propertyless citizens, adopted with decree of the Council of Ministers No. 218 of 18.10.2000. In the latest texts of this regulation, the emphasis falls on the obligations of landed citizens and the parameters of the control exercised over them.
