Abstract

Mediation is an important tool for resolving conflicts and improving communication in the modern world, especially in educational institutions. In universities, mediation helps reduce conflicts between students and faculty, creates a positive learning environment, and maintains academic ethics. Successful implementation requires training mediators, including mediation programs in curricula and organizational support. Case studies and their solutions illustrate the practical application of mediation, and challenges and solutions show how to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of mediation programs.
