Integration of Risk Management Processes into the Business of IT Companies

Abstract

Risk management should be part of any software development project and the integration of its management processes into the IT business. This leads to successful software development and improvement of the organizational activity of the IT company. In the area of risk management, we define two main levels: strategic and operational. Different processes are differentiated depending on their application in the design, implementation and maintenance stages of software products. It presents the attitude of the individual processes in risk management in the field of IT companies.
