Abstract

In recent years there have been structural changes in Bulgarian higher education, aimed at a more active involvement of the universities in the real economy. This shift in paradigm can be connected to the concepts of a "third mission" of the modern university. This paper is aimed at examining the current environment for entrepreneurial activities among the students of the city of Varna. The method used is a survey with 279 respondents who are either current students at Varna universities or just recently graduated.
