Social infrastructure and labour resources of rural territories

Abstract

This paper deal with the problems of interdependence and interaction between the quality of labour resources and social infrastructure in rural territories of Sverdlovsk region. The level of social infrastructure development of rural territories of Sverdlovsk region is investigated. Basic infrastructural factors that affect labour resources quality in the village are considered, their scientific classification is offered. The condition and activity of establishments of social infrastructure in the cities and towns of the region are analyzed. Material base of social infrastructure establishments in cities and towns are investigated, the basic problems are revealed. Specific effects of social infrastructure in the formation of labour resources in the village are investigated. Strategic directions of social sphere development of the village, formation of basic conditions of social comfort for the expanded reproduction and fastening of labour resources on rural territories are offered.
