The restructuring of the distributive relations as necessary condition of socio-economic development of Russian regions

Abstract

The article eliminates the problems of an inequality and poverty in the demographic dynamics. Also the authors suggest the curve of income distribution in Russian Federation compared with European standards. The special attention is paid to the mechanisms of formation and redistribution of income that bring profit only for rich strata of population today, but the incomes dynamics of the poorest strata tends to decrease.
