The role of building societies on the market of hypothec loaning: world experience and Russia

Abstract

In the article on the basis of investigating of world experience of hypothec loaning models is proved the necessity of setting up of savings and loan associations — building societies — as the institute of satisfaction of Russia’s mass demand in improving of housing conditions.
