Search of new management paradigm in terms of globalization

Abstract

Contemporary problems of globalization require from countries of the world the renewal of their management concepts, correct perception of new paradigms respecting basic elements of management and their realization in practice. The methodology of comparative investigating of content and essence of management philosophy of countries is proposed in this work. On the basis of that investigation is made hypothesis concerning the concept and the model of Mongolia’s management of the 21th century.
