Management in conditions of the transregionalization of economy: orientation on stability

Abstract

The problem of transregionalization of economy of Russia, consisting in the erosion of the borders of regional economy as a result of accruing processes of centralization of a business management in a limited number of the regional centers and filialization it on other economic space of the country, is considered become especially actual recently. On an example of an industrial complex of the Omsk region it’s shown that in conditions of transregionalization to preserve its independence and the further development there is more demanded a concept of the management focused on stability, as opposed to management focused on efficiency, which is the particular case of the latter.
