Abstract

Strengthening of a role of regions in foreign trade activities of Russia gets the increasing value and an urgency. Thanks to an intensification and diversification of international and foreign economic relations the subject of Federation can receive the big and additional incomes of the foreign trade activities. The international economic relations promote increase of investment appeal and social and economic development of region. In work on the basis of the analysis of features and the basic tendencies of the external economic complex of Sverdlovsk area problems of the further development and offers under their decision are formulated.
