Specialties of acquiring strategically the findings with the development and evolution of the mineral base with the collaboration of the project "Urals industrial – Urals polar"

Abstract

Formulated are a number of conceptual situations for the consideration of the main factors in order to establish a long-lasting strategy for the acquiring and evolution of the whereabouts of important findings. With the consideration of the specialties of the acquiring and evolution of the mineral base of the Polar Ural put forth is the principle of the complexity of the acquirement of below earth level with the simultaneous settling of the open infrastructure of the exploiting businesses. A conclusion is made about the wholesome infliction into the exploiting findings of the Polar and near-Polar Ural for the compensation of the fading potential of the mountainous businesses on the mid and South Ural.
