Proposal for the development of energy systems and the formation of development centers of producer force evolution of the mining region of Hanti-Mansiysk of the Autonomous Ugra Region

Abstract

The article looks upon the problems of development of the leading infrastructure of the mining region of Hanti-Mansiysk of the autonomous Yugra region, and primarily the energy systems. Provided is a model of a balanced evolution of the mining part of XMAR-Yugra and the criteria for the analysis of its effectiveness. Proposed is a number of technologies for the formation of autonomous, ecologically safe energy-technological bases on the basis of local coals. Given are recommendations for the formation of evolutionary centers of producing forces for the acquiring of mining parts of the autonomous region.
