Abstract

Economic community many times brought an attention to the question, concerning maximal effective resources use and getting maximal effect on the invested capital. In connection with the answer on this question the evolution of concepts of company’s management took place. As base concepts: the concept of optimal parity of own and extra capital shares, the concept of increasing share of enterprise on the market, the concept of profit and level of dividends payments, and others − were put forward. During the last decade the base paradigm of business development that was accepted by the economic community became the concept of company’s cost increase. The article is dedicated to the analysis of modern concepts of cost management.
