Abstract

Предложена методика Ñ Ð¾Ð¿Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð°Ð²Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ (компаративного) анализа региональных Ñ Ð¾Ñ†Ð¸Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾-Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑ ÐºÐ¸Ñ… Ñ Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÐ¼ в Ñ Ñ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸ÐºÐµ и динамике на Ð¾Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ðµ ÐºÐ»Ð¸Ð¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑ ÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ подхода.
