Le dogmatisme budgétaire européen

Abstract

Le recours aux politiques budgétaires pour influencer la demande macroéconomique et le chômage conjoncturel semble être mis en doute dans l’UEM. Cette défiance se fonde sur des idées et des principes économiques anciens dont l’application stricte explique probablement, au moins en partie, les résultats économiques décevants obtenus dans l’UEM depuis 1999.
