Mesure(s) de l’innovation : méthodologie et principaux indicateurs méthodologiques

Abstract

L'Union européenne mène une politique volontariste en matière d'élaboration d'indicateurs fiables et homogènes de l'innovation. La difficulté pour élaborer des mesures de l'innovation réside essentiellement dans la nature transversale de celle-ci et dans les différences des systèmes nationaux d'innovations des pays européens. La mise en place d'une enquête commune apporte une certaine homogénéisation et offre ainsi la possibilité de comparer la position des pays dont nous donnerons ici les principaux indicateurs.
