Chocs énergétiques symétriques et conséquences asymétriques en Europe et en Turquie

Abstract

La crise de l'énergie due à la forte reprise économique en 2021 après la récession de 2020 ainsi que le conflit entre la Russie et l'Ukraine a eu plusieurs effets négatifs au niveau global, notamment une hausse importante de l'inflation. Cette hausse qui s'est déclenchée à l'origine dans le secteur de l'énergie, s'est rapidement propagée aux différents secteurs utilisant l'énergie comme input. Cette crise énergétique qui constitue un choc symétrique pour l'Union européenne (UE) et la Turquie a suscité des réactions asymétriques de la part de la Banque centrale européenne et de la Banque centrale de la République de Turquie. Ces réactions monétaires asymétriques ont conduit à des effets du choc symétrique nettement différents en Turquie et dans l'UE. Codes JEL : E31, E32, E58, Y10.
