Allocation des fonds européens : L’autonomie régionale favorise-t-elle les régions riches ?

Abstract

Cette note se focalise sur le lien entre autonomie régionale et degré de redistribution des fonds européens au sein des États membres de l’Union européenne (UE). A travers un état des lieux de l’autonomie régionale et une revue de littérature sur son rôle dans l’allocation des fonds européens au sein de chaque État membre, l’objectif est d’enrichir le débat sur les inégalités régionales au sein de chaque État membre, et plus particulièrement sur le rôle potentiellement joué par la politique de cohésion dans un contexte où le cadre financier pluriannuel (CFP) de la période 2021-2027 est en construction.
