Le redressement économique et financier du Portugal

Abstract

Au cours de la période 2011-2018, deux politiques différentes se sont succédé au Portugal pour concilier la consolidation budgétaire et la croissance économique. La première est analogue à celles imposées par les instances européennes et le FMI à tous les pays ayant demandé leur aide financière. La seconde prend le contrepied de la première tout en respectant les règles de la discipline budgétaire européenne. L’analyse des modalités et des résultats de ces politiques permet d’évaluer leurs efficacités respectives et leurs contributions au redressement économique et financier depuis 2016.
