La Politique Agricole Commune poursuit son évolution

Abstract

L’Union Européenne (UE) est entrée dans une phase de négociation sur la future programmation budgétaire 2014-2020. Ces négociations se déroulent dans un climat difficile, à la fois du fait de la crise budgétaire qui frappe la plupart des pays européens, mais aussi parce que « l’esprit européen » s’est essoufflé. Ces négociations, qui portent aussi sur la répartition du budget entre les différentes politiques, sont généralement l’occasion d’introduire des réformes, c’est le cas de la Politique Agricole Commune (PAC).
