Abstract

The article deals with the considerable influence of the system of fiscal regulation of water using upon rational using and protection of water resources. The issues of defining the adequate special water using fee based on the value of water resources involved in economic turnover. The dynamics of eco-resource payments and fees for special water using income to the consolidated budget of Ukraine is analysed. The assessment of basic trends of special water using fees income to the consolidated budget of Ukraine allowed demonstrating the crucial influence of quantitative factors upon positive dynamics of given index. The immediate measures on transformation of existing system of water using and protection of water resources fiscal regulation are grounded.
