Transformation of water management fiscal regulation: assessment of the expediency to implement the european practice

Abstract

The article deals with both methodological and institutional issues of water management fiscal regulation in Ukraine. The experience of certain European countries as to usage of a set of tools of fiscal influence upon the processes of water supply and water disposal has been provided, and the opportunity to use them under the national conditions of fiscal regulation and water resources protection has been analysed.
