Abstract

In the article the theory of political economy developments is disclosed taking into account the trajectory of the modern world economic system and accumulation within it of threats and risks to national security. It is defined the impact of the global economic space, as well as modern military policy of certain supranational entities on the qualitative indicators, structural and functional changes within the national economic system. It is discovered that the sustainable development of Ukraine in 2014 is as purposeful activities administrators, which makes the need to prevent option on its own self-destruction and loss of nationality and resultant component elimination of local struggles and interregional conflicts that cannot be regulated (almost never exposed) by influences of the international community and the modern system of governance of the Ukrainian economy. It is defined the four most important global environments influence the formation of the phase trajectory of the national economic system, taking into account the determinants of functioning which allowed the identification objects of focus public actors in order to realize the potential of technology goal-oriented management for sustainable development of Ukraine. Construct a morphological matrix for parity using process tools for elimination conditions for use of military force in shaping the sustainable development potential of the state at present functioning of the national economy in languages accumulation of threats and risks of Ukrainian state. It is established and proved the feasibility of: a) localization efforts in the field of development potential strategic priorities for Ukraine to implement national economic interests economic activities and knowledgeintensive industries that currently, from an evolutionary point of view, are clear and high level of ability in relation to the generation of features for reliability functioning within the real economy; b) use process management technology for generating sufficient scale of sustainable development of a state’s potential, which is formalized by using the method of interpretation of design optimization for the selection of staff, represented by the results of identification of the most important at the present stage of development of the national economy, the means of implementing purposeful management process-closed type.
