Economy And Law Basis Of Damage’s Calculation As A Result Of Breaking The Land Protection Law

Abstract

It is analyzed the state of legal norms of definition the damages to land resources as a result of breaking the land protection law. It is analyzed the results of state supervision of lands’ using and protection. It is offered the methodology of violation’s determination which damages the lands resources and measures concerning improvement of state policy in a branch of land protection law.
