Abstract
Purpose – This study aims to analyze the effect of Special Funds (DAIS) on poverty in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta (DIY) by adding the variables of General Allocation Funds (DAU), Special Allocation Funds (DAK), and Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH) as controlling variables. Methods – This study uses secondary data in the DIY Province for the period 2017-2022 obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and the Regional Development Planning Agency. It uses panel data regression as a data analysis method. Findings – The results of this study indicate that the Special Funds (DAIS) and General Allocation Funds (DAU) do not affect poverty in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta. The Special Allocation Fund (DAK) has a negative and significant effect on poverty in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta. The Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) has a positive and significant impact on poverty in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta. Implication – Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that policymakers can optimize the allocation of Special Funds (DAIS), General Allocation Funds (DAU), and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) in the process of alleviating poverty. Originality – This study contributes to analyzing the influence of DAIS, DAU, DAK, and DBH on poverty, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dana Keistimewaan (DAIS) terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta dengan menambah variabel Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), dan Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) sebagai variabel pendukung. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta pada periode 2017 – 2022 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah dengan menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu regresi data panel. Temuan – Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dana Keistimewaan (DAIS) dan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta. Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta. Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta. Implikasi – Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan pemangku kebijakan dapat mengoptimalkan alokasi Dana Keistimewaan (DAIS), Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) dalam proses untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan. Orisinalitas – Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menganalisis pengaruh DAIS, DAU, DAK dan DBH terhadap kemiskinan khususnya di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta.
