Abstract

El Gobierno brasileño, directa o indirectamente por medio de sus empresas estatales (EEGB), es el principal artífice del reciente desarrollo de la exportación de tecnología , productos primarios, semielaborados y elaborados. El presente estudio analiza el papel catalítico que juega el Gobierno brasileño en la promoción de estas exportaciones por parte de empresas estatales. El estudio también presente evidencia que muestra la naturaleza simbiótica de la relación entre las empresas nacionales y del gobierno en la exportación de tecnología.
