La Bursatilizacion De Las Participaciones Federales

Abstract

El estudio busca hacer reflexionar al lector sobre el tema de la Bursatilización de las participaciones federales del Estado de Veracruz. Para este efecto se han analizado algunos referentes teóricos y empíricos que fundamentan el Estado de la cuestión de la variable implicada en este planteamiento, referenciando además algunos casos exitosos de Bursatilización en el país y a nivel internacional. La interrogante y objetivo que se plantearon, están orientadas a conocer las posibles ventajas que el proceso traerá consigo, desde la opinión de los informantes seleccionados para tal fin. Finalmente los resultados más significativos sugieren que existe un consenso generalizado sobre las bondades de la estrategia bursátil, la duda que refieren las opiniones de los actores informantes, se relaciona a la posibilidad de que dicho proceso, genere deuda para las futuras administraciones y el posible desvío a campañas electorales.
