Aspectos personales y de equipo en el sector servicios de ingeniería: una revisión sistemática

Abstract

En esta revisión sistemática se recogen los principales artículos que abordan los aspectos personales y de equipo en el sector terciario. En especial se hace énfasis en los servicios de ingeniería, por ser uno de los servicios más complejos en donde se requiere una conjunción de habilidades y capacidades tanto para formar parte del equipo como para ser capaz de coordinarlo. Esta revisión se divide en el concepto de ingeniería de servicios y las características que la diferencia del resto del sector terciario, las características personales de los componentes del equipo, los aspectos específicos de los líderes o coordinadores y finalmente aquellas características que deben tener los equipos en su conjunto
