Abstract

Abstract - The aim of this paper is to assess the specific investment incentive policies of regional development for Tunisia. The following questions will be discussed: what are the expected effects of public aid on investment loca-lization? Are fiscal and financial incentives efficient? Our theoretic frame is based on the concept of capital user cost.
