Zincirlenmiş Hacim Serileri ile GSYH’de Ne Değişti?

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, TÜİK'in 2016 yılından itibaren uyguladığı yeni ulusal hesaplar sistemini ve onun sebep olduğu değişiklikleri inceliyoruz. Son revizyonun çapı öncekilerle kıyaslandığında görece küçük kalsa da, güncellenmiş rakamlarla hem ulusal gelirin arttığı hem büyüme oranlarının yükseldiği ve hem de alt kalemlerde çok büyük farklılıklar olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. 1998 bazlı seride tüketim harcamaları ve hizmetler sektörü üretimi yukarılara çıkarken, 2009 bazlı seride yatırım harcamaları ile inşaat yatırımları önemli artışlar göstermiştir. Zincirleme hacim endeksinde toplamsallık sorunu bulunduğu için genelde "büyümeye katkı" hesapları, özelde ise stok değişiminin katkısı, mümkün olmakla birlikte, bir miktar zorlaşmaktadır.
