As this alters the results and conclusions for some of the policies examined (particulady the ICEV registration and use bans, car-free centres, and street redesign policies), the authors alerted the issue to the Editors and Publisher, and all have agreed to retract the article to ensure the integrity of the scholarly record.The authors have been invited to resubmit the corrected version of the article for review and consideration for publication.We have been informed in our decision-making by our editorial policies and the COPE guidelines.We deeply regret this error and sincerely apologize for any confusion it may have caused.
