Reconsiderarii Ale Culturii Organizationale În Contextul Schimbarilor Actuale

Abstract

Cultura organizationala constituie un domeniu relativ nou si deosebit de incitant al abordarilor moderne privitoare la management, aspect reliefat de intensele preocupari teoretice si pragmatice manifestate în ultimele decenii. Principalul sau merit este acela ca reliefeaza, odata în plus, importanta factorului uman în succesul oricarei activitati si necesitatea reconsiderarii rolului acestuia, nu doar ca un simplu element al costului produselor, lucrarilor sau serviciilor realizate, ci drept cea mai pretioasa resursa a unei organizatii, ca un veritabil capital, menit sa-i confere un adevarat atu concurential. Desi considerata “invizibila” de numerosi specialisti sau neglijata de o serie de manageri, cultura organizationala exercita un impact major asupra functionalitatii si performantelor întreprinderii moderne.
