Abstract

The management through competent is an approach appear in the last years wising the global administration of the knowledge and competences as a primordial factor of the competition varied, o ?organizational vision of the competition ?by? the change management?, what take the people management, their mobilization and the component mobility. The material stops over the conceptual frame of competition treated through a lot of consecrated authors, being describe the constructive elements, the types of competent and the dimension of those, the condition of the manifestation of the competition, the bond of the collective competent with the participant management and the organizational culture. The management through competent – the article show, corresponded same global strategies and the ensemble of organized and specified practice which an enterprise use for clarified and develop the individual and collective competitions what will be necessary in the future. It is specified that the management through competent correspond some change in report with traditional provisional administration of the personal, because it make the accent on the individual and competent.
