Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Umbau der Stromversorgung in Deutschland im Rahmen der Energiewende erfordert einen Ausbau der Stromnetzinfrastruktur. Obwohl die Einspeiseseite zunehmend Treiber dieses Ausbaubedarfs ist, erhält sie kaum Anreize, die Auswirkungen ihrer Standortwahl auf das Stromnetz bei ihren Investitionsentscheidungen zu berücksichtigen. Daher stellt sich die Frage, welches Instrumentarium geeignet ist, um angemessene, netzbezogene Allokationssignale für Stromeinspeiser zu generieren und gleichzeitig den Zielen der Energiepolitik — insbesondere auch dem Ziel einer Stromversorgung auf Basis erneuerbarer Energien — gerecht zu werden.
