Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nicht nur regulatorische Eingriffe, sondern insbesondere Technologiesprünge beeinflussen das Marktumfeld der Energieversorger und setzen die Branche unter finanziellen Druck. Diese Einflüsse ändern das Risikoprofil eines Energiekonzerns und stellen neue Anforderungen an das Finanzmanagement. Zu diesen Anforderungen zählen der flexiblere Kapitaleinsatz, verkürzte Investitionszyklen, Maximierung der Wertschöpfung durch Konzentration auf Kernkompetenzen und striktes Kostenmanagement.
