Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine generelle Voraussetzung, um ganzheitlich als Lösungsanbieter auftreten zu können, ist eine unternehmensweite markt-und branchenorientierte Aufstellung. Bosch Rexroth hat seine Organisation 2010 dementsprechend ausgerichtet. Die wesentlichen Elemente der Ausgestaltung dieser tiefgreifenden Organisationsveränderung werden einführend beschrieben. Nach einer allgemeinen Vorstellung der Systematik der Energieeffizienzberatung bei Bosch Rexroth werden der Mehrwert für den Kunden sowie der Beratungsprozess beschrieben. Das Vorgehen bei der Einführung und Integration der Dienstleistung in das bestehende Angebotsspektrum sowie die Umsetzungshistorie auf dem Weg zum Lösungsanbieter werden ausführlich beschrieben. Anschließend werden, basierend auf den Erfahrungswerten, die wesentlichen Erfolgsfaktoren und Herausforderungen dargestellt.
