Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die zunehmende Bedeutung des Lösungsgeschäfts bleibt nicht ohne Auswirkungen auf die Art und Weise, wie produzierende Unternehmen ihre Forschung und entwicklung betreiben. Der vorliegende beitrag betrachtet, inwieweit sich F&E-bereiche verändern werden, um die basis für ein erfolgreiches Lösungsgeschäft zu schafen. Insbesondere sind in der Aufbau- und der Ablauforganisation der Unternehmen die notwendigen Voraußetzungen zu schafen, damit sowohl die Sachgut- als auch die Service-bezogenen Teile des Lösungsgeschäfts gleichsam Berücksichtigung finden. Darüber hinaus sind hinsichtlich der verwendeten Methoden und Werkzeuge anpaßungen erforderlich.
